About Us
Our History and Mission
The concept seems so simple, and yet until now, never put into play. One location – one resource point – and a commitment towards collaboration – to meet the needs of our disability community. Since we started small in 2019 this has been our vision, and this is our commitment.
As we look around today, it is quite remarkable to consider the impact made in just a few years:
We have created a collaborative model unique to the state of Nevada, including:
- Our 5-acre campus serving as home to a lifespan of services.
- Coordination of client care through our Pathways Care Coordination and Family Inclusion program, on and off campus.
- Partnerships with other non-profits, local providers, medical and mental health professionals, and government agencies.
We are YOUR community for inclusion and a disability resource network. We are focused upon:
- Family and peer engagement
- Social interaction
- Health and wellness
- Recreation
- Therapy
- Education and Vocational Training
